Under Regulation 8 of the Occupational Safety and Health (Occupational Safety and Health Officers) Regulations 1997, all registered Occupational Safety and Health Officers (OSHOs) are required to attend at least one Continuing Education Program (CEP) annually for the renewal of their registration.
