1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Berdaya-Tec’s website, training services, consultancy offerings, and any associated materials. By using our website and registering for our courses, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Registration & Payment

  • All course registrations must be completed using the official registration form or website.

  • Full payment must be made before the start of training unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • HRD Corp claims must be submitted by the employer where applicable.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 working days before the training date.

  • Refunds (if any) will be processed within 30 days of approval.

  • Substitution of participants is allowed with prior notice.

  • No refunds will be made for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, presentations, documents, and digital content provided are the intellectual property of Berdaya-Tec and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

5. Disclaimer

We strive to ensure all training content is accurate and updated. However, Berdaya-Tec is not liable for any errors, omissions, or actions taken based on the information provided during the training.

6. Limitation of Liability

Berdaya-Tec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Delays in course delivery.

  • Errors in course material.

  • Force majeure events (e.g. pandemic, natural disaster, government restrictions).

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Berdaya-Tec reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive behavior without a refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
