All course registrations must be completed using the official registration form or website.
Full payment must be made before the start of training unless otherwise agreed upon.
HRD Corp claims must be submitted by the employer where applicable.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 working days before the training date.
Refunds (if any) will be processed within 30 days of approval.
Substitution of participants is allowed with prior notice.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
All course materials, presentations, documents, and digital content provided are the intellectual property of Berdaya-Tec and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
We strive to ensure all training content is accurate and updated. However, Berdaya-Tec is not liable for any errors, omissions, or actions taken based on the information provided during the training.
Berdaya-Tec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Delays in course delivery.
Errors in course material.
Force majeure events (e.g. pandemic, natural disaster, government restrictions).
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Berdaya-Tec reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive behavior without a refund.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
